A few of my friends frequent this place and they invited me to try it and everything was divine. I started off a the kin wings for an appetizer and they were really good. For dinner I had the Tum Yum ramen which was phenomenal. It came with beef, boiled egg two differently types of noodles. The sauce was a mixture of sweet and spicy. It was definitely filling because halfway through the bowl I was full. The service can be a bit of wait if you don't have a reservation. Saturday is a popular night. Once you are seated the waiters are there are fast they gave us a complimentary appetizer because we had to wake a little bit longer than expected. My favorite thing to do last night was the sake bomb. My friend who is from Thailand showed us how to do it, which was fun. The ambiance of the place is very good. It puts you in the mind of a restaurant in Asian culture.

Loveeeee literally everything - one of the freshest sushi options in MKE! Big big fan of the tuna crispy rice

Been coming here for 3.5 years and have tried most sushi places in the region. Kin delivers excellent quality sushi consistently and is worth the price which is pretty standard for restaurant quality sushi. Staff are attentive and professional. Takeout is simple and can be done online. Proud to say I order or dine in this restaurant 1-2 times a month and have yet to be disappointed! Not pictured, but the spicy tuna crispy rice starter is a MUST!

Awesome spot with an extensive menu! Usually I get weary of places with extensive menus because it feels more like a quantity over quality issue, but Kin serves great food through and through! The menu heavily focuses on Thai and Japanese food - it was fun to get dishes in each "world". Everything here is plated beautifully and is equally appealing to the eyes as the stomach. For an appetizer, we got the Milwaukee Roll and the Black Dragon roll. The sushi rolls are nice and big! I personally liked the Milwaukee Roll more based on my preferences, but both were good. I enjoyed my Panang Curry! It's got a solid kick to it, comes with plenty of veggies and chicken, and has good flavor. Service was friendly and interior is super clean! Great place for asian food.

I love Rice n Roll and am excited to see Kin as a new branch. While there are many familiar items on the menu, Kin's dining experience is a bit more upscale than the East Side location. Tucked in the Tosa Village, give yourself 5-10 extra minutes to find parking. I'm slowing working my way through the menu, but so far, I keep returning to the Khaosoy, Milwaukee roll, and pad Thai. I haven't tried the ramen yet but it's on my list for next time. I've enjoyed most of the sushi rolls but I would pass on the spicy salmon as it was dominated by cucumber. With such a variety of dishes for different tastes, I recommend stopping by if you haven't already!

Went with a few friends on the weekend to get some sushi and it was great! It was pretty packed, however, there's a few parking lots close by that you can park at for free. We ordered a few appetizers to share and our own entrees and it was pretty good! Our server was super sweet, patient, and helpful! I ordered a few basic rolls, so I'll definitely have to come back and try their specialty rolls or other items!

Excellent Tonkotsu Ramen! The noodles were perfectly cooked and held the flavor of the broth, and the broth had the savory and slightly salty flavor and milky texture. The pork belly had the perfect "fall-apart" tender texture with good flavor, and the egg was also perfectly cooked. Would order again! Uni Q roll was good, but missing the stand out BBQ Unagi flavor I expected. Overall, a solid experience, and I would come back to try more of the menu.
